This traditional Vendée farmhouse is ideally located about 5 km from the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and La Faute sur Mer, as well as cycling paths. Nearly 1,800 km of trails await nature lovers, including the famous "Vélodyssée" along the Atlantic coast. In St Michel en l'Herm, you’ll find all essential shops: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, and restaurant. The gîte offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), a dining room for up to 8 people, a living area with TV, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. A large terrace with garden furniture lets you enjoy a peaceful setting. The fenced, tree-lined property has secure parking and an automatic gate.
